About India Delight
India Delight publishes practical guides to Indian spices and home cooking. We explain spices, blends and techniques in plain English and link to food-safety sources where relevant. We do not claim to have tested the products we link to.
India Delight is an independent site operated by Greenfield Ventures Corp. Questions or corrections? Use our contact page.
How we research
- Each guide is built from food-safety and nutrition sources such as the USDA and FDA, and long-established culinary references, and we link those sources in the text so you can check them yourself.
- Guides are researched and drafted with AI-assisted tools, then checked against the linked sources before publishing. We do not invent reviews, testimonials, ratings or statistics.
- When rules, fees or prices change, we update the page. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
- Some links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure. Affiliate relationships never decide what we recommend.
